Round 2 : D

Wow! A lot has happened since I have last blogged! I am very excited to say I am now happily married to the best man ever! July 17th we tied the knot in Pensacola Beach, Florida. It couldn't have been more perfect! All of our closets friends and family were there, and we just had THE BEST week with everyone together!

Here is a quick snap-shot while I was walking down the aisle! It couldn't have been more perfect!

As everyone who follows my blog, which is not many ; ), may have been wondering why I have not updated in so long! Well, we lost our sweet baby at the beginning of May. After months of trying to wrap my head around it all I have accepted the reality of it and know he/she nestled up in heaven with the big man. This world was just too crazy for our sweet little thing. A big thank you for everyone's support and love through it all.  : ) On the brighter side, god has blessed us AGAIN with another wonderful opportunity to have a baby. Ryan and I are expecting another sweet little baby March 4, 2012. We are super excited! After staying nervous and constantly wondering for the past 2 months we have finally reached the 12 week mark. Although you are never out of the clear, we have heard a very strong heartbeat twice now! We could not feel more blessed right now.

So besides feeling like I've gotten hit by a truck everyday, everything has been great! I hoping for some relief within the next couple of weeks! I found this questionnaire on Little Baby Garvin's blog and thought it was cute!

How far along? 12 weeks

Total weight gain: None so far!
Maternity clothes? Not yet - Definitely using the Bella Band my mom bought me. Lifesaver!
Stretch marks? Nope. I have started putting cocoa butter stretch mark lotion on my belly. Wonder if it will work?
Sleep: Not too bad! I need to invest in a body pillow though!
Best moment this week: Feeling like a normal human being on Saturday night.
Miss Anything? Beer!
Movement: None yet.
Food cravings: Nothing too serious yet. I was on a baked potato kick for a few days. Now I need some okra.
Anything making you queasy or sick: About two weeks ago - EVERYTHING! I have been doing pretty good lately (knock on wood!)
Gender: Ryan wants a boy but thinks its a girl. I want a girl but think its a boy.
Labor Signs:  No. Just stretching ligaments.. Woohoo!
Symptoms: Mood swings... Sorry to my husband!
Belly Button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: It depends on the day. If I am feeling good happy! If not, moody girl!
Looking forward to: Feeling a little better once the weeks go on into the second trimester, our next appointment on September 10, and one of my best friends wedding next month! She is getting married in Pensacola Beach as well so a mini vacay is what I am needing!

What's going on!

Hi friends! Well as you can see I have started a blog. I like to call it my baby/life blog. I love sharing my news with everyone - and who uses a phone now days? It's all about catching up with people's lives on Facebook now days! As much as I love Facebook, I do not love it enough to talk about my personal life so I decided to create a blog! So feel super special if you are reading this ; D

I think the cat is pretty much out of the bag... YES! I am pregnant! Whew! I'm getting past the shock phase and into the excited phase! Our little peanut was unexpected but already loved nonetheless. Because of our new bundle of joy we had to move our wedding up to June. Talk about stress! I had already starting planning the wedding but knew I had months to fill in the little details. The first thing I did was buy my dress.. Which I LOVE! It's so me! Anyway, now all I can think about is still fitting into my amazing wedding dress. I don't care what it takes. I will wear spanks in order for that baby to zip up. Thankfully it can be taken out a little bit so I'm hoping that might help! Oh by the way.. I am almost 9 weeks pregnant therefore will be right around 15 weeks for the wedding. Please little one don't start poking out until AFTER the wedding.. PLEASE! ; )

So on top of being pregnant and planning a wedding in 2 months, I am graduating from college in 2 weeks. WOHOOO! The hell is finally over. It has been a long, long, long journey but would not take a single bit of it back. So I am busy girl now days!

My very first doctors appointment was today! I was going to an OBGYN in Lithia Springs, which was convenient when I lived in Mableton, but since I am now down here in Newnan I figured I needed to find a place a little closer. My wonderful soon-to-be mother-in-law (did I do that right??) referred me to Southern Crescent  Women's Health care. I did a little research on the doctors there and decided on Dr. Heather Turner. What a great choice I made! She was so awesome, as was the place in general. I felt very comfortable there and was really impressed with Dr. Turner. I got all of the lovely woman things done to me - don't we all just love that - and she scheduled me an ultrasound appointment for May 7th. I cannot wait for this appointment! It's going to be so exciting to see the baby! Pictures will definitely be posted : )

I promise not all of my post will be me rambling on... well maybe they will but I will post fun pictures to keep you entertained! Check back soon with me for more updates on my exciting life at the moment.
